Job summary

Fisher Investments is seeking a Business Process Associate to support process improvements within Global Business Private Group. You will partner with analysts, program managers, stakeholders and technology teams to assist in execution, documentation, testing and process improvement initiatives.

The role offers exposure to Agile/Scrum practices, UAT, training material creation, and change management. Requires 1+ year experience, Jira/Confluence familiarity, attention to detail, and a Bachelor's

Qualifications

• 1+ years in business process improvement execution.
• Experience with Confluence or Jira for project tracking.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced team environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize workload across tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Support Business process Analysts and Program Managers in executing improvements.
• Collaborate with business and tech partners to gather information and document requirements.
• Assist and maintain documentation processes, workflows, procedures, and project plans.
• Support UAT, test planning, test execution, defect tracking, and post-production validation.
• Create training materials, user guides, and process documentation.
• Research business problems, gather data, identify improvement opportunities.
• Participate in project meetings and track action items.
• Support change management activities, including communication and rollout preparation.
• Learn Agile and Scrum methods while supporting user stories and backlog activities.
