Onward Search is seeking a Business Process Analyst Level 2 for a temporary, remote, in-region assignment. You will lead process discovery, mapping end-to-end workflows, and document enterprise processes to drive improvements across departments.

The role emphasizes collaborating with stakeholders, identifying bottlenecks, and proposing future-state designs using tools like Lucidchart, while ensuring accurate documentation and standardized processes across systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Industrial Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in process discovery and mapping.
• Proficiency with Lucidchart or similar process modeling tools.

Responsibilities

Job description

This is a temporary position for a Business Process Analyst Level 2 supporting our client’s operations within a remote, in-region setting. The role involves leading process discovery, mapping, and analysis to optimize workflows across departments and enterprise systems, ensuring accurate documentation and process improvements.

Business Process Analyst Level 2 Responsibilities:

• Conduct working sessions with stakeholders to understand current processes and document end-to-end workflows.

Business Process Analyst Level 2 Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; Individuals with a background in Industrial Engineering are highly preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in process discovery and mapping.
• Proficiency with process modeling tools such as Lucidchart.
• Strong experience in process analysis, identification of inefficiencies, and recommending improvements.
• Ability to facilitate stakeholder meetings and collaborate cross-functionally to document and optimize workflows.
