Job summary

Freedom Technology Solutions Group is seeking a Business Process Analyst to examine testing processes and workflows for improvements or automation. You will facilitate process workshops and document elicited information using process maps and business requirements documents, acting as a liaison between decision makers and management teams to track testing performance and identify internal inefficiencies.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance (eligible for CI Poly)
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering or Business, or other related field from an accredited college or university
• 4-7 years of experience
• Ability to develop and use more complex concepts and processes
• Experience with testing processes and deep knowledge of process management during tech rollouts
• Works generally independent and collaborative in nature

Responsibilities

• Reports to a manager or head of a unit/department on a weekly basis.
• Management of processes and workflows for their team or area of responsibility.
• Work to improve efficiency with team processes
• Provide reports and presentations as requested by the government lead
• Contribute to team discussions and recommend improvements.
• Guides and supports junior level personnel
• Conduct root cause problem analysis and develop technical solutions to problems
