Job description

Business Process Analyst

A leading enterprise software solutions company is seeking a Business Process Analyst to join the Business Innovation & Transformation (BIT) team, which is part of the CAO and supports the Hire to Retire process.

The successful candidate will be responsible for capturing and documenting complex system requirements, strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and providing key insights into project progress to drive operational efficiencies across the business.

Pay and Benefits:
  • Hourly pay: $110/hr
  • Worksite: Remote (Candidates must be located in the United States)
  • W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program
  • 40 hours/week, 3-month assignment
Responsibilities:
  1. Diagram and evaluate existing processes; identify and document new processes, comparing current and future states.
  2. Organize, lead, and facilitate meetings, coordinating with stakeholders and team members.
  3. Review survey data and comments to identify trends, develop and assign process and customer improvement actions, and report findings to the executive team.
  4. Develop process flows and procedures based on key indicators to identify future improvement opportunities and address process gaps.
  5. Collect data to identify root causes of problems and align solutions with process requirements.
  6. Deliver presentations and provide process inputs and content for training, focusing on measurement, analysis, improvement, and adoption.
  7. Communicate project progress, provide updates, perform cost-benefit analysis, and report on progress.
  8. Develop project plans, identify risks, drive execution, escalate issues as needed, and monitor progress.
  9. Design test plans and support/document test scripts.
  10. Serve as the main point of contact for the business outside of Payroll WoW, P&P, and Program Management teams.
  11. Provide system expertise for troubleshooting and quality assurance.
