Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a diligent Business Analyst to support, analyze, and enhance essential business processes. You will plan, execute, monitor, and complete finance-driven strategic initiatives while coordinating with initiative leads, sponsors, leadership, and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience as a business analyst.
• Experience in business analysis, process improvement, project management, performance management, or organizational transformation.
• Experience in a highly regulated environment.
• Prefers state government, healthcare, finance, regulatory, or service-related business.

Requirements

• Work authorization: ONLY USC or GC with permanent resident
• Minimum of 3-5 years' experience as a business analyst
• Experience in business analysis, process improvement, project management, performance management, or organizational transformation
• Professional enterprise-level experience in business analysis, process improvement, project management, performance management, or a related field
• Experience working in a highly regulated environment
• Preference given to experience in state government, healthcare, finance, regulatory, or similar service-related business
• Experience developing executive-level reports, dashboards, process maps, SOPs, or implementation documentation
• Preferred master's degree in MBA or MHA
• Lean Six Sigma, project management, change management, business analysis, or related professional training or certification is preferred
