Job summary

RONIN Information Technology Services, LLC is seeking a seasoned consultant to lead business process transformation initiatives in federal environments. You will capture requirements, map processes, and develop SOPs while coordinating with stakeholders to ensure change is effectively adopted.

Qualifications

• Captures and maps business processes, identifies gaps, and redesigns/testing processes.

Responsibilities

• Participate in development of BP transformation strategies and support implementations.
• Establish documents and work aids to institutionalize quality processes.
• Develop SOP documentation for new and existing system functionality.
• Track and monitor effectiveness of change initiatives and adjust to meet objectives.
• Develop deep understanding of system enhancements and communicate knowledge to the team.

Required Skills

• Skilled at capturing business process requirements, mapping processes, identifying gaps, and redesigning and testing processes
• Strong technical and functional writing skills for the creation of user documentation
• Experience managing customer/stakeholder relationships with the ability to facilitate collaboration within the teams
• Strong understanding of technical and functional system requirements
• Demonstrated experience leading business process improvement initiatives
• Knowledge of systems engineering processes and practices
• 5+ years of consulting experience with expertise in change management and business process creation and implementation
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to communicate ideas effectively, listen to alternative ideas, and develop solutions
• Solid MS Office knowledge
• Federal Government experience
• Able to work independently

Functional Requirements

• Participate in the development of business process transformation and vision strategies and support the implementation of those processes
• Ensures the establishment/documentation/reinforcement of processes and work aids to support the institutionalization of quality processes
• Develop Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documentation that corresponds to new and existing system functionality
• Track and monitor effectiveness of change management initiatives; recommend and implement changes as needed to ensure business objectives are met
• Develop a deep technical and functional understanding of system enhancements and be able to communicate system knowledge to team
