Ladders is seeking a Project Delivery Manager for a remote US-based role in Pharmaceuticals & Biotech. You will guide end-to-end execution, testing, migration, cutover, and stabilization to ensure business readiness.

You will collaborate with workstream leads, SMEs, training partners, and technology teams to drive alignment and adoption. Requirements include 5–7 years in Oracle ERP/financials implementations, a Change Champion model, and strong project management with stakeholder influence

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 5–7 years of Oracle ERP or financials implementation experience
• Proven ability to align key business users and use a Change Champion Model
• Strong project and resource management skills
• Excellent judgment and decision-making abilities

For our client, we are seeking a Project Delivery Manager to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This role will guide end-to-end execution and business readiness for a major implementation, ensuring the organization is prepared across testing, migration, cutover, and stabilization. You will work closely with workstream leads, subject matter experts, training partners, and technology teams to drive alignment, manage risks, and support successful adoption. The position requires strong project discipline, sound judgment, and the ability to influence stakeholders across geographies as the business shapes more effective finance processes for the future.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually
