Job summary

DSM-H Consulting is seeking a Business Analyst specialized in Dynamics 365 to own end-to-end business processes across the dealer network. The role coordinates with product teams and dealers to refine requirements, validate gaps, and guide solution design using Mavim for process documentation.

Responsibilities include leading discovery workshops, preparing materials, and ensuring dealer sign-off on functional designs, with regular on-site collaboration and real-time engagement during U.S.

Qualifications

• Degree in finance or accounting with relevant certifications.
• 2–4 years of experience in this capacity.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP.
• Familiarity with Mavim and dealer requirements.
• Ability to lead workshops and coordinate with global stakeholders.

Position’s Contributions to Work Group

• Owns the End-to-End (E2E) Business Processes as defined by the Business Process Catalog (BPC)
• Defines detailed business processes across Levels 4–6
• Works with Dealers to generate requirements based on business processes
• Partners with Product Teams to determine fit/gap against Dynamics 365 capabilities
• Leads Dealer Discovery Workshops and prepares materials/questions
• Validates gap solutions with Dealers
• Sources insights from the Dealer Advisory Board (DAB)
• Maintains Mavim (process flows, documentation, operational playbooks)
• Coaches Dealers on Dynamics 365 and Client Converge Suite
• Business Process Modeling analysis and improvement

Typical task breakdown:

• This role requires extensive collaboration with North American Client dealers, product teams, business stakeholders, and implementation partners to facilitate discovery workshops, validate business processes, refine requirements, and support solution design decisions.
• Success in this position depends on real-time engagement during U.S. business hours, frequent interaction with dealer subject matter experts, and the ability to participate in on-site workshops and process validation sessions when needed.
• The complexity of dealer operations, the need for rapid decision-making, and the highly iterative nature of requirements development make time zone alignment and direct stakeholder access critical to program success.
• effectively support documentation and execution activities, this role serves as the primary interface between dealers and the product organization, requiring deep business engagement, immediate responsiveness, and close partnership with stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
