Overview Of Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic colleague to join our Business Operations team in San Jose. This position involves collaborating with our dynamic customers, North America Sales, and TSMC fabs in global locations to tackle daily business operational challenges. You will report to the Manager of the Business Operations Support team, and the job is based in San Jose, CA. Our work schedule follows a hybrid model, requiring you to work four days in the office, with potential early evening hours.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with Account Managers to establish new accounts and business engagements
  • Coordinate and execute daily business operations, business transactions, and sales data analysis
  • Participate in customer business review meetings, conference calls, and customer visits
  • Manage customer order delivery schedules and capacity planning
  • Execute shipments in compliance with global export regulations
  • Maintain client relationships and respond to customer inquiries regarding order delivery, shipments, RMA, and other concerns
  • Collaborate with TSMC cross-functional teams in the US and globally on manufacturing and supply chain logistics
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including sales system enhancement projects, B2B activities, post-sales service, and reviews of consigned materials
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field from an accredited university
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience, ideally in semiconductor industry, sales support, or supply chain
  • Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to track multiple processes, prioritize work, and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in sales data transactions
  • Effective interpersonal skills for teamwork and customer relationships
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in manufacturing and supply chain management is a plus
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred
