As the Business Operations Specialist, you will report directly to the VP of Operations, serving as their right-hand person in driving daily operations for the organization. You will play a crucial role in maximizing efficiency and scalability of workflows, executing strategies determined by executives, and ensuring that organizational goals are met. Collaboration with the executive team to define opportunities and streamline operations will be essential.

Additionally, you will provide feedback on current processes, introduce new practices, and ensure compliance and risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities

● Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals, establishing scalable processes.

● Collaborate closely with senior leadership to set performance standards and company-wide operational best practices.

● Drive the hiring process to recruit top talent for the operations team.

● Manage human resources functions, including onboarding, training, and performance management.

● Streamline business processes and enhance efficiency through cross-functional collaboration.

● Coordinate and oversee project activities, ensuring timely completion and resource optimization.
