  • Cross-Functional Project Management Drive multi-team projects across the finish line. Break down complex workflows, manage logistics, and push progress without waiting to be asked.
  • Wearing Multiple Hats Adapt to shifting needs across operations, stepping into various roles—troubleshooting issues, prepping reports, leading vendor kickoffs, or resolving blockers—to maintain momentum and business continuity.
  • Process Optimization Identify inefficiencies and fix them. Implement improvements that simplify workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and help operations scale as the team grows.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Biological Sciences, Operations Management, or related field
  • Experience in the life sciences industry
  • Proven experience in business operations, including cross-functional collaboration, relationship management, and contract management
  • Strong organizational and execution skills, with an eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and build strong working relationships
  • Proficient in relevant software and tools for invoicing, contract tracking, and project management
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and stepping in to solve problems as they arise, takes charge without waiting for direction, and does what it takes to get things done fast
