Job Description Summary:
The NFD (National Food Distribution) team is seeking a results-driven professional to leverage data and analytics to provide actionable business insight and lead process improvement initiatives. This role will be key to profitable revenue growth, while removing friction from our order to cash processes. This role will also drive compliance to our Distributor Policies, by providing analytics to drive desired business outcomes. The ideal candidate will have experience in data mining, data visualization tools, machine learning frameworks, and Office 365. This position requires strong collaboration and leadership skills, as it involves working closely with cross-functional teams, facilitating workshops, and developing data-driven insights that support business operations. A key focus will be on Leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) and optimizing reporting solutions to ensure stakeholders have the tools and insight they need. Additionally, this role will serve as a liaison for supply chain data teams, ensuring data integrity and alignment across the organization. The candidate will also play a critical role in driving innovation, mentoring team members, and overseeing key operational processes, including year-end management.Skills:
