Position Summary

The General Manager of Training Operations will lead the tactical execution of our apprenticeship training academy while driving strategic growth through partnerships, data-driven solutions, and revenue generation initiatives. As a key member of the program development and education team, this role combines operational leadership with business development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive training operations strategy, establishing policies that maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Foster strategic partnerships with industry leaders and educational institutions to expand program reach.
  • Drive revenue growth through new sales and expansion of existing partnerships.
  • Monitor market dynamics and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision making.
  • Champion the apprenticeship academy's value proposition to diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Manage operational budgets and optimize resource allocation.
  • Lead data-driven initiatives and establish meaningful KPIs to measure success.
  • Streamline workflows through effective coordination of internal and external resources.
  • Stay at the forefront of industry trends and technology innovations to anticipate new training opportunities.
  • Deliver compelling presentations to leadership on training academy performance and ROI.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum of five years of experience in educational operations or sales role.
  • Proven track record in customer relationship management and sales capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and an aptitude for learning new systems.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Ability to understand client needs, negotiate costs and services, and find win-win solutions to highlight Apprenti services.
  • Experience developing and implementing operational processes.
  • Ability to travel nationally 25-30 days per year.

What We Offer

Apprenti pays a gross annualized base salary range for this position between $100,000 to $130,000 based on qualifications, skills, experience, company values, and culture alignment. Hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical to allow for future and continued compensation growth. Additionally, we offer the following key benefits this full-time role:
