Job summary

Kraken is building the Payward payments platform, a scalable, multi-tenant backend with hosted pages, SDKs, embedded components and direct APIs that internal clients rely on across Payward entities.

As a product manager, you will own the roadmap and align engineering, compliance, and business teams to deliver an end-to-end client experience. You will drive integrations with PSPs and banks while balancing risk, to accelerate time-to-live metrics across rails.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in platform/API/infrastructure roles.
• Deep knowledge of payments, PSPs, banks, and how money flows between them.
• Experience shipping developer-facing products such as APIs/SDKs or embedded components.
• Ability to write clear docs for product, compliance and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and roadmap for the Payward payments platform.
• Map requirements across internal clients and evolve platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with engineering to create a sequenced, high-impact roadmap.
• Prioritize competing client needs with clear trade-offs.
• Shape end-to-end client experience from first contact to go-live.
• Coordinate with banking/partnerships to broaden PSP/bank integrations.
• Incorporate compliance and risk requirements early in the roadmap.
• Set and track platform success metrics (time-to-launch, adoption, performance).
