Responsibilities

• Own customer deployments from kickoff through implementation and optimization.
• Manage scope, timelines, milestones, risks, and customer success metrics.
• Deploy AI solutions into customer environments and optimize performance.
• Design scalable operational processes for multi-site deployments.
• Build workflows, documentation, and repeatable systems where processes are not yet established.
• Collaborate with customer organizations to align with business objectives.
• Communicate status, risks and progress with executive stakeholders.
• Identify improvements to increase deployment efficiency and satisfaction.
• Collaborate across engineering, product and customer-facing teams.
