Job summary

Strativ Group in San Francisco seeks a Head of Business Operations Dev – AI Research to drive initiatives from problem definition to execution. You will lead operations across contracts, legal workflows, cap tables, and vendor management while coordinating with legal, finance, customers and advisers.

Build scalable AI-enabled systems and automations to reduce manual work, identify bottlenecks, bring clarity to ambiguity, and uphold exceptional execution standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as a founder extension, taking projects from problem definition to execution.
• Lead operational initiatives and address the business’s priorities.
• Support complex commercial processes, including major contracts and follow-through.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including legal, finance, customers and advisers.
• Manage corporate operations, legal workflows, cap-table matters, and vendor management.
• Build scalable systems, including AI agents and automations that reduce manual work.
• Identify bottlenecks, bring structure to ambiguity, and maintain high execution standards.
