Job summary

HireNow Staffing is recruiting a seasoned Business Operations professional for a San Francisco, CA role reporting to executive leadership. You will own deployments, drive operational strategy, manage projects, and collaborate across engineering, product, and customer-facing teams to support AI solution implementations.

The role requires 2–6 years in fast-paced environments, strong PM and communication skills, and ability to work onsite in San Francisco.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience within a startup, consulting firm, investment bank, or similarly fast‑paced environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex operational initiatives or strategic projects.
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work onsite in San Francisco, California.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Own customer deployments from project kickoff through successful implementation and long‑term optimization.
• Manage project scope, timelines, milestones, risks, and customer success metrics.
• Deploy AI solutions into customer environments and optimize performance using operational insights.
• Design scalable operational processes supporting multi-site customer implementations.
• Build workflows, documentation, and repeatable systems where standardized processes do not yet exist.
• Partner directly with customer organizations to understand operational requirements and business objectives.
• Communicate project status, risks, and implementation progress with executive stakeholders.
• Identify operational improvements that increase deployment efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate across engineering, product, and customer-facing teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives while supporting rapid organizational growth.
