Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Vice President of Commercial Operations to lead revenue-focused operations in a remote role within the Real Estate & Construction sector. The leader will drive organizational effectiveness, operational excellence, and disciplined execution across the business, partnering with executive leadership to shape planning, budgeting, policy, and standards.

Location: Remote. Compensation: $180,000 – $220,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in operational excellence and process improvement.
• Demonstrated track record of successful people leadership and development.
• Experience in budget management and financial performance tracking.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with executive teams.

• Perform operational reviews and identify opportunities to improve future operations.
• Collaborate with Executive Management and other departments to support revenue goals.
• Set goals, monitor work, and evaluate results to meet departmental and organizational objectives.
• Establish organizational goals, objectives, and operating procedures.
• Shape and enforce organizational policies and standards.
• Lead the completion of annual budgets and track financial performance.
• Ensure functional areas meet objectives related to quality, compliance, and productivity.

This leader will oversee commercial operations with a strong focus on organizational effectiveness, operational excellence, and disciplined execution across the business. The role partners closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to drive revenue-aligned outcomes, strengthen operating procedures, and improve overall performance.
