Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Business Operations Coordinator to support Sales and Marketing processes for Wyndham Destinations. You will deliver quality support and ensure smooth operations across teams.

The role requires data validation, process improvement, and strong customer service, with weekend/holiday availability; you will contribute to reporting and implement new procedures while protecting company assets.

Qualifications

• Validating data and reporting or answering questions from onsite business partners
• Supporting the integration of new processes and procedures
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite
• Have availability to support the business throughout weekends and holidays
• Experience delivering outstanding customer service

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality support for Sales and Marketing processes.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, partners, and team members.
• Identify ways to improve customer service or processes.
• Collect and validate data when interacting with guests to ensure best experience.
• Manage and protect company assets through interactions.
• Understand and implement operational procedures that govern the business.
• Support new initiatives and assist teams impacted by changes.
• Maintain daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly reporting needs.
• Leverage resources to provide quick support to questions as they arise.
