Celltron, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our Business Operations team in Kansas. This full-time role provides hands-on exposure to Celltron's production operations and an opportunity to learn how various departments support manufacturing and customers.

You will rotate into a defined Business Operations department and work with experienced colleagues on real projects. As you grow, you will take on greater ownership of reports, processes, and vendor relationships in areas such as

• Learn Celltron's business and administrative processes alongside experienced team members
• Develop an understanding of Celltron's manufacturing and production operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information, solve problems, and support business initiatives
• Develop, manage, and maintain reports, databases, spreadsheets, and other resources to support business needs
• Support projects within Finance & Accounting, Human Resources, Contracts, Procurement, or other administrative functions
• Manage and maintain business documentation, records, and internal processes
• Assist with vendor relationships, purchasing activities, contracts, or other operational needs
• Help ensure compliance with Celltron policies, procedures, customer requirements, and applicable industry requirements
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes, systems, and workflows
• Communicate with employees, leadership, vendors, customers, and other stakeholders as appropriate
