Business Operations team members may work within areas such as Finance & Accounting, Human Resources, Contracts, Procurement, or other business administration functions. Placement may be based on the individual's education, experience, interests, and current business needs.

Our Business Operations team plays an important role in supporting Celltron's employees, production teams, customers, and leadership. This position provides the opportunity to learn our operations from the ground up before transitioning into a specialized business function.

What to Expect

We believe understanding our manufacturing operations is an important foundation for successfully supporting Celltron's business.

New Business Operations team members will begin by gaining hands-on exposure to Celltron's production operations. During this time, you will learn what we manufacture, how our products move through production, and how different departments work together to support our manufacturing teams and customers.

After developing this foundation, you will transition into an assigned Business Operations department and work alongside experienced team members. Depending on your background, interests, and business needs, you may be placed within Finance & Accounting, Human Resources, Contracts, Procurement, or another business operations function.

You will participate in active projects, learn the processes and responsibilities of your assigned department, and collaborate with teams throughout the organization. As your knowledge and experience grow, you will take on greater ownership and responsibility within your area.
