Celltron in Kansas is seeking motivated individuals to join our Business Operations team. This full-time position is designed for individuals looking to build their careers while gaining a broad understanding of how business operations support a manufacturing organization.

Responsabilidades

• Work alongside experienced team members to learn Celltron's business and administrative processes
• Develop an understanding of Celltron's manufacturing and production operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information, solve problems, and support business initiatives
• Develop, manage, and maintain reports, databases, spreadsheets, and other resources to support business needs
• Support projects within Finance & Accounting, Human Resources, Contracts, Procurement, or other administrative functions
• Manage and maintain business documentation, records, and internal processes
• Assist with vendor relationships, purchasing activities, contracts, or other operational needs
• Help ensure compliance with Celltron policies, procedures, customer requirements, and applicable industry requirements
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes, systems, and workflows
• Communicate with employees, leadership, vendors, customers, and other stakeholders as appropriate
• Take increasing
