We are seeking an experienced Business Office Manager to join our team! The Business Office Manager performs business office functions including accounting, payroll, personnel, bookkeeping, secretarial duties, and medical records.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage accounts payable documents, ensuring timely mailing to the corporate office.
  • Handle resident admissions, respond to inquiries, and provide facility tours.
  • Review resident billing monthly and follow up on second notices.
  • Maintain the facility petty cash box.
  • Manage resident spending accounts, ledger cards, checking accounts, and petty cash.
  • Complete deposit reports for the central office.
  • Perform other business office duties as directed by the Administrator.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous office experience preferred.
  • Previous nursing home experience preferred.
  • Experience with insurance billing is required.
