Responsibilities

• Assist Admissions Director with admission paperwork.
• Coordinate Medicaid paperwork with residents.
• Enter payer source changes into PCC.
• Handle AR and collections tasks.
• Manage Resident Trust accounts.
• Answer and route incoming calls.
• Billing for Medicare/Medicaid and private insurers.
