Requirements include a high school diploma and basic accounting or bookkeeping experience, with proficiency in Outlook, Excel and Word. Prior long-term care bookkeeping is strongly recommended.

Washington Care Center in is seeking a Business Office Manager who is a key and visible department supervisor working directly with all residents, family and employees. The Business Office Manager is responsible for the timely input of information within the accounting systems at the community and those which interface with the home office. The Business Office Manager is directly involved in the maintenance of accurate and complete trust accounting records, census information, billing and resident accounts receivable statements, wages paid to employees’ payroll and invoice processing for the nursing facility. The Business Office Manager is the primary individual responsible for the timely collection of accounts receivable from all payor sources.
