About the Role:
As the Business Office Manager at Bridge Crest Post Acute, you will play a vital role in supporting the financial and administrative operations of our skilled nursing facility. You'll be responsible for managing billing, resident accounts, collections, payroll coordination, and other essential office functions that contribute to the smooth and efficient running of our community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the business office, including billing, A/R, and collections
  • Manage resident trust accounts and insurance authorizations
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure accurate financial documentation
  • Serve as liaison with families and residents regarding billing and financial questions
  • Support HR and payroll processes as needed
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
