Overview

The ideal candidate will have experience supervising, coordinating, and performing business office functions.

How You Will Make a Difference
  1. Oversee management in the business office, including hiring, training, coaching, and terminating employees if necessary.
  2. Manage daily operations of the Business Office, including budgets and records.
  3. Prepare and deliver monthly billing statements for residents.
  4. Maintain vital statistics such as census, discharges, admits, deaths, and transfers.
  5. Monitor and manage accounts receivables collection process.
  6. Verify Resident Trust reports for accuracy.
What You Need To Make a Difference
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or relevant experience in a Long Term Care environment.
  • 1-2 years of supervisory/management experience.
  • High professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Experience in healthcare business office, knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid, and cash collections is required.
  • Flexibility with hours; includes once every four weeks, Manager on Duty responsibilities on either Saturday or Sunday.
  • Team player attitude.
  • Ability to adapt to a high occupancy, fast-paced environment.
