We proudly support Veterans and welcome servicemen and women to join our team. We are currently seeking an experienced Business Office Manager to oversee business operations. This role involves managing administrative services, logistics, facilities, and workforce functions to ensure alignment with organizational goals and successful project execution.

Key Roles And Responsibilities

  • Oversee business operations.
  • Manage and track time and attendance, organizational training, and IT human capital management.
  • Supervise logistics and facilities management to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Manage and provide oversight on administrative support functions, ensuring smooth business operations.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to support organizational goals.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring high performance and accountability.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues, recommending process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Prepare and present regular status reports to leadership on operational performance and project outcomes.

Skills And Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of consulting and/or directly relevant industry experience.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the Department of Defense (DoD) and the Defense Health Agency (DHA) is highly desired.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to manage teams, resolve conflicts, and drive team success.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly detail-oriented and self-motivated with strong ability to handle multiple and shifting priorities effectively.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to anticipate challenges and develop effective solutions.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.

Pay Transparency by Location:
