Memorial Medical Nursing Center is currently searching for a dedicated and trusted Business Office Manager (BOM) to join our team!

Must have SNF experience

Business Office Manager Responsibilities:
  1. Responsible for knowledge of and following the AR policies and procedures used by Eduro-operated facilities.
  2. Work with facility designees to ensure processes, meetings, and functions are performed timely, efficiently, and ethically, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  3. Attend weekly AR aging review meetings to minimize bad debt and maximize cash collections, and to identify process improvements.
  4. Perform all Month End duties to ensure revenue is booked and billed correctly.
  5. Ensure PCC (Pointe Click Care) captures accurate information for accounts receivable; collaborate with AR Director for necessary changes.
  6. Maintain metrics such as 100%+ monthly cash collections, below 40 DSO, less than 15% AR balances over 90 days, and less than 1% bad debt on aging accounts.
  7. Perform other duties as assigned.

Business Office Manager Requirements:
  1. At least 2+ years of experience managing billing, AR, and collections in a SNF setting is highly preferred.
  2. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  3. Experience managing staff such as the Assistant Business Office Manager.
  4. Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  5. PCC experience preferred.
