Roseville Surgery Center is a fast-paced, multi-specialty Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) environment committed to providing high-quality care and experience for patients and their families.
We seek an experienced and dynamic professional with a proven track record in Hospital, ASC, or healthcare Business Office Management. The successful candidate will be driven, results-focused, and possess a "can-do" attitude. We are committed to delivering excellent service to our patients, staff, and medical staff. As part of the leadership team, you will set the tone and culture of the organization. This role involves high responsibility and pressure, with rewards in delivering outstanding patient care and staff development. This prestigious position is available to the right candidate.
You will lead process improvement initiatives, ensure accurate transactions, exercise professional judgment and discretion, and work effectively under pressure.
Salary Range: $66,000 - $83,000 annually, depending on experience.
