Job summary

Reliant Care Management Company in Kentucky seeks a detail‑oriented Financial/Accounts Manager to oversee resident trust funds, daily banking, and cash reconciliation in a long‑term care setting.

You will ensure compliance with Social Security, State and Medicaid rules, manage billing consolidations, and generate regular financial reports while coordinating with care teams to support resident care and facility operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with Medicare & Medicaid reimbursement and billing processes.
• Ability to consolidate billing and manage resident trust accounts.
• Proficiency with daily cash posting and deposits.
• Experience in daily financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Previous work in a long-term care facility preferred.
• Minimum of two years related experience and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage the resident trust fund and related banking activities.
• Perform daily banking, cash posting, and monthly cash reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with Social Security, State and Medicaid regulations.
• Handle collections and Social Security Rep Payee management.
• Prepare daily staffing and financial reports and purchase orders.
• Support facility operations with accurate financial data.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Manage the resident trust fund
• Daily banking and cash posting
• Daily and monthly cash reconciliation
• Follow the proper Social Security, State and Medicaid regulations.
• Collections
• Social Security Rep Payee management

Requirements:

• Experience and/or knowledge of:
  • Medicare & Medicaid reimbursement
  • Consolidation of billing
  • Management of resident trust accounts
  • Completing daily cash/check deposits
  • Daily staffing and financial reporting
  • Completing purchase orders for the facility
  • Previous work in a long-term care facility preferred
  • Minimum of two years of related experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Team player with excellent work ethic and positive attitude
  • Willingness to work some weekend and evening hours
