Aperion Care in Illinois is seeking a Business Office Manager to support daily accounting operations for a nursing facility. The role focuses on processing invoices, maintaining accounting files, and assisting with financial reporting.
The BOM will help manage accounts receivable, support in system changes, and ensure compliance with applicable Medicaid/Medicare requirements. This is a full-time, on-site position with growth opportunities and strong benefits.
The primary purpose of the Business Office Manager (BOM) is to assist in the day-to-day accounting functions of the facility in accordance with current acceptable accounting and cost reimbursement principles relating to nursing facility operations.
Must possess, as a minimum, a high-school diploma, or its equivalent.
Must have, as a minimum, three (3) years’ experience in bookkeeping or accounting practices.
Must have experience with Medicaid and Medicare.
