Job summary

Vitality Living is seeking a Sales Director to drive occupancy and revenue in a senior living community. The role focuses on building relationships with prospective residents and referral partners, executing quarterly sales plans, and leading marketing initiatives to showcase the community’s value.

You will oversee CRM data, monitor performance, and collaborate with regional teams to align strategies with goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 3+ years of successful sales and leasing experience, preferably in senior living, with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Drive occupancy and revenue growth by achieving sales targets, maximizing market rates, and ensuring timely fee collection.
• Develop and execute quarterly sales and marketing plans focused on move-ins, referral generation, community events, and local outreach.
• Build meaningful relationships with prospective residents by delivering personalized experiences and communicating the community’s unique value.
• Monitor sales performance, lead conversions, and CRM data to identify opportunities, improve effectiveness, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to strengthen market positioning and guide sales and pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with community leadership and regional sales teams to align sales initiatives with overall community goals.
• Train and support sales backup team members to ensure consistent, high-quality customer experiences.
