Job Overview

We are look for a Business Office Assistantto support our residents in our Skilled Nursing Facility- Jones Harrison! This role provides hands on care and support services for our senior residents at our spacious care center in Minneapolis, MN near cedar lake. This patient support position includes;

  • 80 hours every two weeks
  • Day shift
  • No weekends

The Jones-Harrison community offers Assisted Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care with a beautiful view of Cedar Lake and pristine grounds.This community features 53 Assisted living, 9 memory care apartments, 120 skilled andlong termcare beds. This position is responsible for all activities related to Office Management including but not limited to: accounts receivable process for rents and other revenues, accounts payable. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, with weekends as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Assists with the Accounts Payable Process
  • Receives checks and prepare deposits
  • Assists in the Accounts Receivable Process
  • Assists with the resident Trust Fund process
  • Maintains HIPPA compliance
  • Performs other duties as assigned and directed

Required Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft applications
  • 0-1 years of experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High school Diploma/GED
  • 1-3 years of experience
