Responsibilities

• Obtains collateral reports and information to meet credit terms.
• Works with UCC secured and various collateral types to prepare closing documents.
• Prepares documentation to properly close a small business loan.
• Ensures loan and collateral docs comply with laws, regs, and policies.
• Collaborates with internal customers in a fast-paced environment.
