Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in a financial-service related position.
• Commercial loan documentation experience.
• Ability to read and interpret complex legal documentation.
• Detail-oriented and thorough.
• Must be able to work overtime during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Board commercial loan data to the AFS system.
• Read and interpret complex loan documentation.
• Cross-train to perform other functions within the team.
• Adhere to Bank Credit, Compliance and Risk guidelines.
• Support Loan Closers, ARA’s, and Relationship and Portfolio Managers.
