Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of litigation experience.
• Active California Bar license in good standing.
• Strong motion practice and legal writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft complaints, motions, pleadings, and other litigation documents.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Appear at hearings, mediations, and court proceedings.
• Manage discovery and develop litigation strategy.
• Communicate directly with clients and provide legal guidance throughout the case.

Experience handling business disputes such as contract matters, partnership disputes, or commercial litigation is helpful but not strictly required for strong litigators.
