Confidential Employer in San Ramon, California, is seeking an experienced litigation attorney to manage business and real estate matters from inception through trial. This role offers hybrid work, meaningful courtroom exposure, and direct client contact.

The ideal candidate has CA bar, 3+ years of litigation, strong research and writing, and deposition experience. We offer competitive compensation ($160k-$250k), 401(k) with match, profit sharing, medical coverage, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Active California Bar license.
• 3+ years of litigation experience.
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Experience managing litigation matters from discovery through resolution.
• Deposition experience preferred.
• Business litigation and/or real estate litigation experience preferred.
• Prior experience at a litigation-focused or trial-intensive firm is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage business and real estate litigation matters from inception through trial.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents.
• Conduct legal research and prepare persuasive written advocacy.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Develop litigation strategy and work directly with clients.
• Appear in court for hearings and other proceedings.
• Collaborate closely with experienced attorneys on complex litigation matters.
• Manage an independent caseload while contributing to a highly collaborative team.

Pay: $160,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
