Key responsibilities include drafting pleadings, preparing for depositions, assisting with trial preparation, and managing business and real estate litigation matters while collaborating with colleagues to develop effective case strategies and advocate for

Formación

• Active membership in the California State Bar in good standing.
• 2-6 years of substantive litigation experience.
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Experience drafting pleadings, briefs, and discovery documents.
• Deposition experience and trial preparation skills preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and case management abilities.
