Qualifications

• 6+ years of litigation experience
• Substantial experience with written discovery, depositions, drafting pleadings and substantive motions
• Experience handling court appearances and depositions, and assisting at mediations, trials and arbitrations
• Superior academic credentials, excellent research and writing skills
• Strong ability to work collaboratively and lead teams
• Willingness to reside and serve the Louisville, Kentucky market

Compensation

The salary range for this role is $190,000 to $220,000, reflecting a variety of factors including experience, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, relevant experience, and other job‑related factors, consistent with applicable employment laws.
