Job summary

FBT Gibbons LLP in Indianapolis, Indiana seeks a Business Litigation Associate with 4–6 years of experience to handle written discovery, depositions, pleadings and motions. Preference given to candidates familiar with the construction industry, who demonstrate strong research and writing skills and collaborative teamwork.

Indy-located role with potential for growth; active Indiana licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure is required.

Compensation

The salary range for this role is$175,000 to $195,000,reflecting a variety of factors including experience, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, relevant experience, and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable employment laws.

Associates are also eligible for:

Quarterly and annual objective bonuses, with maximum objective bonus opportunities ranging from approximately$14,000 to $22,000per year, depending on associate level
