Qualifications

• 2–4 years of Insurance, Product Liability, or Tort Litigation experience
• Experience with written discovery, depositions, drafting pleadings and substantive motions
• Skilled in mediations, court appearances, and assisting with pretrial or pre-arbitration preparations
• Superior academic credentials and excellent research and writing skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Kentucky licensure or ability to obtain it in the short-term

Compensation

The salary range for this role is$160,000-$175,000, reflecting a variety of factors including experience, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, relevant experience, and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable employment laws.

Associates are also eligible for:

Quarterly and annual objective bonuses, with maximum objective bonus opportunities ranging from approximately$14,000 to $22,000 per year, depending on associate level
