Job summary

FBT Gibbons LLP, with the Cincinnati, Ohio office, is seeking a Business Litigation Associate to join a nationally recognized firm. The candidate will handle complex litigation matters, including discovery, depositions, pleadings, and motions, while working within a collaborative team in a hybrid work environment.

Qualified candidates will have 3–5 years of litigation experience, strong research and writing skills, and must hold Ohio licensure.

The Cincinnati, Ohio office of FBT Gibbons is seeking a Business Litigation Associate.

Compensation

The salary range for this role is $180,000 to $195,000 , reflecting a variety of factors including experience, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, relevant experience, and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable employment laws.

Associates Are Also Eligible For

• Quarterly and annual objective bonuses, with maximum objective bonus opportunities ranging from approximately $14,000 to $22,000 per year, depending on associate level
• Annual subjective bonus
