Our agency is partnering with a national law firm seeking a Delaware-admitted associate for a varied business and civil litigation practice. Work may include commercial disputes, D&O liability, coverage litigation, employment, professional liability, civil rights, and real estate matters.

What you will do

• Strong legal writing, research, oral advocacy, organization, and client service skills.
• Maryland and/or Washington, D.C. admission, commercial litigation experience, and commercial bankruptcy exposure are valued.
