Qualifications

• Active Delaware bar admission.
• 3+ years of civil litigation experience, preferably defense or commercial disputes.
• Experience with discovery and e-discovery.
• Maryland and/or Washington, D.C. admission valued; commercial litigation experience and bankruptcy exposure are helpful.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage complex civil litigation from initial assessment through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, briefs, motions, discovery responses, and legal memoranda.
• Coordinate discovery and e-discovery and develop factual and legal case analysis.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, court appearances, mediations, and trial preparation.
• Communicate with clients and collaborate with attorneys across practice groups.
