We are seeking a litigation associate to join our business litigation team. In this role, we handle a broad range of complex commercial disputes, working across all phases of litigation from initial assessment through resolution. Associates in this group take on meaningful responsibility early, with regular involvement in case strategy, motion practice, and client interaction. This is a strong opportunity for an attorney looking to deepen their experience in sophisticated disputes while working as part of a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
We are a well-established, full-service law firm with a broad-based practice serving a diverse range of clients, from individuals and closely held businesses to larger organizations. Our team handles matters across multiple disciplines, with a strong emphasis on practical problem-solving and delivering meaningful results. We maintain an active litigation practice that manages cases through all stages, along with complementary transactional and regulatory work. We value a collegial, team-oriented environment where attorneys are encouraged to collaborate across practice groups, build trusted client relationships, and develop their own areas of focus within a supportive setting.
We offer a balanced and flexible work environment designed to support both professional growth and personal sustainability. Our attorneys benefit from a hybrid schedule that promotes regular in-person collaboration while allowing for remote work flexibility as experience with our systems and clients develops. We provide a competitive compensation structure along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes multiple health plan options, retirement contributions with an employer match, disability and life insurance coverage, and paid time off. Additional support includes reimbursement for professional memberships and other wellness-related expenses.
