Mid-sized law firm seeking a high-performing litigation associate for a growing Wilmington-based commercial litigation practice

• 3–5 years of experience handling complex commercial disputes in a law firm setting required
• Experience practicing before the Delaware Court of Chancery and the Complex Commercial Litigation Division of the Delaware Superior Court strongly preferred
• Strong academic credentials and sophisticated legal writing skills essential
• Excellent research, communication, and analytical abilities required
• Demonstrated strong work ethic and ability to manage demanding caseloads
• Active admission to the Delaware Bar required
