Position Summary:

Under the supervision of the Office of the Health Systems Chief Medical Officer, in coordination with the Data Trust Analytic Team and Clinical Leadership, this role focuses on data analytics, performance measurement, data collection, reporting, visualizations, and dissemination. It involves leading system-wide initiatives to improve operations and clinical outcomes, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, developing data-driven strategies, and providing updates to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills to navigate health system complexities effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree required; experience beyond can substitute at a 2:1 experience-to-education ratio.
• EDW internal certification required within 6 months.
• Minimum of 3 years of healthcare-related experience, including 2 years in data analytics.

Salary:

Range: $29.63 - $51.87 per hour, commensurate with experience and role scope. Salary discussions may occur during candidate screening.
