Strategic Growth Advisor – LOUD Collective

Locations: Charlotte, NC; Columbus, OH; Indianapolis, IN; Raleigh, NC; Tampa, FL

Compensation: 10% commission on all closed sales (including recurring monthly revenue)

Overview

LOUD Collective is seeking high-performing, entrepreneurial-minded Strategic Growth Advisors to join our mission of helping business owners unlock the full potential of their businesses. This role is relationship-driven, commission-based, and ideal for someone passionate about creating meaningful connections and making an impact in growth, valuation, acquisitions, and transition planning.

Our Strategic Growth Advisors are the first point of contact in our client journey. Your mission is to connect with business owners and schedule a free LOUD-Lite Value Assessment—a no-cost snapshot of a company’s current value, risks, and growth opportunities. Once scheduled, our leadership team takes over.

About LOUD Collective

At LOUD, we believe business owners should build companies that serve them, not the other way around. We specialize in helping middle-market businesses become scalable, sellable, and investable through proprietary assessments, strategic acceleration programs, and high-impact advisory services.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and reach out to privately held business owners (ideal revenue: $5M–$100M)
  • Engage in meaningful conversations about growth, value, and future planning
  • Educate prospects on the value of the free LOUD Lite Value Assessment
  • Schedule assessments via Calendly or CRM (training provided)
  • Track outreach and scheduled calls
  • Celebrate once assessments are booked—your job is done; our team handles the rest

What You Will Earn

  • 10% commission on every client that proceeds after your introduction
  • Example: LOUD Value Assessment ($14,500) = $1,450
  • If the client continues to acceleration ($3K–$15K+ monthly), earn 10% of monthly recurring revenue for the duration
  • Successful Advisors can earn $175k+ in the first year, with potential to double or triple earnings in subsequent years through residual commissions
  • Average monthly client revenue: $10,000, earning 10% of this recurring revenue
  • Opportunities for growth into sales leadership or managing director roles based on referrals and client retention
  • This is a 1099 contractor position with LOUD Collective, offering flexibility and benefits of independent work
