What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand analytics needs and translate them into actionable reporting solutions
- Develop design specifications and build reports using various business intelligence tools
- Organize and present quantitative information to facilitate understanding and decision-making
- Work with application support teams to identify data elements and appropriate reporting tools
- Maintain foundational knowledge of relational data models and application toolset foundations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or a technology/healthcare-related field
- Foundational understanding of relational data models or application toolset foundations
- Prior experience with business intelligence tools such as Epic Cogito Suite, SQL, Tableau, or similar
- Strong analytical skills and ability to create information from data
- Excellent organizational and presentation skills for quantitative information

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with specific business intelligence tools like Radar Dashboards, Healthy Planet, or Slicer/Dicer
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for analytics
- Previous experience in a healthcare-related analytics role
- Familiarity with reporting tools like Crystal Reports or WEBi
